2022 WOMEN’S MONTH CELEBRATION

As we continue to promote and highlight the role, contributions and achievements of women and the importance of gender equality in our society, the National Labor Relations Commission joins the celebration of the WOMEN’S MONTH with the multi-year theme from 2017-2022 “We Make Change Work for Women” incorporating this year’s sub-theme: Agenda ng Kababaihan Tungo sa Kaunlaran. In line with this, the following activities have been scheduled:

March 2022
•    Display of banner /streamer for the 2022 National Women’s Month;
•    Distribution of purple polo shirts for NLRC officials and employees which they can wear every Tuesday of the month;
•    Distribution of purple face masks to NLRC officials and employees which they can use
•     every Monday of the month;
•    Lobby decorations for 2022 National Women’s Month celebration.

March 7, 14, 21, 28, 2022
•    Nationwide Monday Flag-Raising Ceremony (via Zoom and streamed live via Official NLRC Employees Facebook Page) featuring the National Anthem with an all-Women cast, songs from the MusikJuana Song writing contest 2021 and other PCW advocacy songs.

March 8, 2022
•    Distribution of hygiene kit (facemask and alcohol) for the first 200 complainants/filers of Complaints/RFA (Main and NCR)
•    Holy Mass at 11:00 am (streamed live via NLRC Employees Official FB Page)
•    Webinar on rights of Women and Children at 2:00pm
