Manning Agency Expresses Admiration for Decisive Action of NLRC Chairman

       In line with the commitment to reform labor arbitration and adjudication and restore integrity and fairness in the system, the NLRC once again unfold its dedication to serve the public.

       In a letter dated 03 May 2012, the president of one manning agency expresses her admiration for prompt and decisive action of NLRC Chairman Gerardo C. Nograles in her complaint against the Labor Arbiters and Labor Arbitration Associates, to wit:

Dear Chairman:

      We are extremely grateful for the prompt and decisive action that your office exerted in attending to our complaint, requiring immediate explanations from the labor arbiters and associate concerned. Your letter dated Aoril 4, 2012 likewise manifests the same impartiality and dedication to your duties.

      In all candor, we find the explanations satisfactory and comprehensive to dispel any lingering doubts in our mind. Hence, we do not intend to pursue our complaint any further. We will just await the fair resolution of the case subject of the herein complaint.

      Again, we express our admiration for the unqualified dispatch that you exhibited in attending to our queries.
