NLRC designates new members of the Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS)

       In an Administrative Order No. 05-03, Series of 2013, Chairman Gerardo C. Nograles designates new members of Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS).    

       Administrative Order No. 05-03 was issued in line with the implementation of the SPMS in the NLRC, and consistent with CSC Memorandum Circular No. 06, Series of 2012 on the Guidelines in the Establishment and Implementation of Agency Strategic Performance Management System, and composition of Performance Management Team.

       The Chairperson of the Committee is LA/EC Elenita Cruz and the Co-Chairperson is LA/OIC Grace Venus. The members are OIC-Dir. Rica Tugadi, OIC Rhodora Hernandez, LAA/OIC Purdey Perez, LAA/OIC Amalia Celino, LAA Elma Maraan, and Ms. Ma. Elena Serafin.

       The Committee will come up with an action plan that will ensure the SPMS implementation in the NLRC. It will also spearhead the formulation of the NLRC’s Organizational Performance Indicator Framework; monitor compliance of offices and RABS will all the requirements relative to SPMS; ensure that Office performance measures as well as the budget are aligned with those of the NLRC and that work distribution of Office is rationalized; and serve as appeals body and final arbiter for performance management issues of the NLRC.

        The SPMS is part and component of good governance that the NLRC implemented in line with the reform on labor adjudication and arbitration.
