Associated Labor Unions-TUCP Commends NLRC's Reform Agenda

          The Associated Labor Unions-TUCP, through its National Executive Vice President, Mr. Gerard R. Seno, appreciates and commends the NLRC’s ongoing efforts of instituting reform measures.

           In a letter dated 27 September 2012 to NLRC Chairman Gerardo C. Nograles, Vice-President Seno, in behalf of the union, conveys its appreciation to the NLRC, in instituting reforms especially in the area of improving the disposition of cases, and contribution to the promotion of industrial peace.  

          “We have observed significant improvement in NLRC’s performance as shown in its 2011 annual report,” Vice-President Seno said.

          “We are confident that more will be achieved this year given your determination to further improve the quality and quantity of decisions rendered, among other priority areas, in line with your reform agenda,” he added.

          The reform measures are the result of the commitment of the NLRC, through the leadership of Chairman Nograles, to improve labor arbitration and adjudication.
